- David Bucs
- Most aptly described as a Character Designer, David Bucs has worked in Animation for the past decade. Making his beginnings at KlaskyCsupo in Los Angeles, the studio famous for the “Rugrats” and the “Wild Thornberrys“. Later his Adventurous spirit lead him to Beijing, where he worked at a 3D studio and various other publishing venues as an illustrator and designer. He has Art Directed Television series for such major networks as Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network TLC and PBS. He has also done development for Disney. Graduating from the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design in illustration, it has always been a dream to design Children’s Books. “For me a character is not complete until it is seen by another person. I first give them life through line shape and color. And then there is life the viewer gives them through their own individual imagination.”
